Our prefabricated steel structures enable quick-to-install walls, roof and belonging interior facilities. Our sandwich panels are made of special panels with built in insulation and fire-resistant in various classes. Resulting in high energy efficiency, fire safety and environmentally friendly structures.

Toseto Sweden AB offers two types of such materials: PIR sandwich panels and mineral wool sandwich panels. Our specialists will advise which of these types of panels will be the best solution for your business and type of building, taking into account its intended use.

Features of sandwich panels

The main features of all sandwich panels are a combination of several layers: PIR and stone wool panels clad with galvanized steel from 0.5 mm - 0.7 mm. Depending on the building's class, we can choose appropriate panels according to regulations that extend between Br0 - Br3*

Br0 – Byggnader med mycket stort skyddsbehov
Br1 – Byggnader med stort skyddsbehov
Br2 – Byggnader med måttligt skyddsbehov
Br3 – Byggnader med litet skyddsbehov

Standard sizes: from 1000 to 1150 mm in width and from 1000 to 14 000 mm in length, together with the already existing joints allow you to quickly and reliably assemble the roof, walls and interior walls.

Give your building a unique custom look. You can choose from a wide variety of colors, design and finish from our assortment to add on for a more personalized appearance and exterior. This also includes a multi-tone finish with different polymer coating panels subject to a minimum order of 150 m2.
