How is the price of steel hall construction calculated?
The cost of each project is determined by the complexity and scope of work to be performed.
Once all the details have been set and agreed, the calculations will be carried out individually and handled per case. The final construction price of the steel structure hall is fixed in the contract and will not change at the time of delivery.

Base models
Toseto offers two types of standard packages portrayed by model S and M. The sizes can range as demonstrated in their respective tables. Furthermore, always building to achieve the highest standards for prolonged life, functional, artistic and affordable steel structure halls.
Our prefabricated design enables shortened delivery and construction time resulting in high quality cost-effective solutions. For example, lead-time can take up to 8 weeks to erect a 1500 sq.m. construction on an already completed foundational concrete slab.

Base model M comes with a large glass entry hall, 3 aluminium doors and 4 windows.
Padelhall Model S
Our basic model S design comes with a main entry hall, 2 aluminium doors and 3 windows. 
Car Showrooms Model M
Base model M is appointed with a large aluminium glass frame facade, 2 sliding gates, 3 aluminium doors and 6 windows. 
Car Showrooms Model S
The basic showroom model S comes with its affiliated glass frame, 2 garage doors, 2 aluminium doors and 4 windows with room for repositioning and add-ons.
Industrial Buildings Model M
Base model M includes 2 automatic gates, large glass frame, 5 windows and 4 aluminium doors.

Our basic package (Model S) includes 1 sliding gate, 3 aluminium doors and 4 aluminium frame windows.

Base model M equipped with 8 automatic gates, 5 aluminium doors and 12 large windows.
