IZOTERMS can help you all the way, from developing project documentation plans, fabricating steel structures for new facilities or renovation and objective adaptation of older buildings. For 30 operational years, our organization has played an active role in several projects of traditional classical type and freshly modern construction has been handled. In doing so, our prefabricated steel structures have always been unbeatable.
Our production line currently produces 700 tonnes of finished steel construction per month in a single shift, for larger orders or/and shorter delivery times, this can be expanded to three shifts and a production volume of 2100 tonnes per month!
The most recently delivered project worth mentioning is a new arena in Reykjavik which included 1153 tonnes painted with fire protection (R60) steel construction.
Special production
We offer treatment of all our constructions, from C1 classification to C3 and galvanization meaning, fire protection painting is not a problem.
Light Steel Constructions
Light galvanized steel beams with holes for bolting are designed for quick mounting of frames, which are used to attach corrugated sheet metal or sandwich panels to ceilings and walls.
The thickness and height of the profile will depend on the span and load. The profiles are designed according to EN-10162.
When we produce profiles, the holes for the bolts are automatically punched in a round or oval shape, which helps you to install profiles quickly and easily. We offer mounting holes of standard sizes and placement as well in accordance with the customer's needs. The holes are punched in during the production phase with continuous line - information: The line for longitudinal cutting of steel coils (coil weight up to 12.5 tonnes and thickness up to 2.5 mm). The production lines cut strips hot-rolled, cold-rolled, galvanized and electric.
